Absolute 5 star experience with Gianni. Cannot recommend enough! Next level customer service and knowledge. From the initial quote until finishing the work, Alec G and Dan absolutely killed it. I had them come out to get a quote for a service upgrade, main panel, and sub panel replacement. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helped answer questions I had as I am in the process of re-wiring the rest of my home (originally aluminum wiring). They had no problem with me watching and asking questions as I am always wanting to expand my knowledge and learn from professionals. I know people tend to hate that, but it was great to experience and I really appreciated it. The quality of work was top tier and the price was incredibly fair and honest. Alec and Dan made sure to ask me on any key decisions, like when it came to how to route the grounding rod and the outdoor receptacle. They knocked out the entire replacement in a single day. I honestly couldn’t be more happy. Seriously, I wouldn’t recommend calling anyone else. Gianni has a 5 star rating for a very good reason.

Dino was so nice and walked me through all he was going to do and took notes for future work. I had my pendant lights lifted. Gianni’s team are always professional and courteous. I will definitely be using them again!

We had a chandelier and sconce installed as well as some garage lighting. The work is beautiful and has really improved the enjoyment of our house. In addition, the electrician who came out was very special. Dimitriy spent the entire afternoon with us and was simply a delight! He is very professional and knowledgeable and also a pleasure to spend time with. We look forward to continue employing Gianni Electric for any future electrical needs.

I loved having the Gianni Electrical Service Team provide solutions for my wiring request to add light sconces. I love the cost effective option of using a remote control switch so that I have two switch plates in my dining room without changing the builder's wiring configuration. So now I have two added sconces on their own dimmable switch, while the existing lights have a new dimmable switch that is also a remote. My technician was Demetriy and he was a knowledgeable, respectful professional. He didn't mind answering my questions. He gave his professional take and I loved that he was the same one throughout the phases for the county inspections! I felt like Demetriy was a welcomed guest each time he returned. He cleaned up after his work, each day! He even cared for my dimmable bulbs since he was picking up items from the store. He went above what was required and that is worth a 5-Star rating. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ If I had the budget, Gianni Electrical would service my other electrical projects! Thanks to Nick for rescheduling a missed county inspection! Jesse well done with this company, I appreciateall of the pics and videos! I couldn't believe how you crawled through my small area

We recently called Gianni Electrical Service to have our old fuse box inspected and upgraded. They were quick to respond and sent out their technician, Levi Lightsey. Levi was incredibly professional and pleasant from the moment he arrived. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the work being done. He replaced the fuse box quickly and efficiently, checked all our wiring for any additional issues, and left everything neat and up to code. We could not be happier with the service and the results. Highly recommend!
